Job Description
Title: Talent Specialist – 人才专员（可实习）
1.实习生可提供住宿
2.实习生保证每周至少三个工作日(朝九晚六)的实习时间
3.实习生本科一百元一天,研究生一百二十元一天
4.正式员工薪资面谈,高于行业平均水平
部门: Suzhou Talent Center – 苏州人才中心
办公地点: 苏州工业园区创意产业园
Responsibilities:
1.与顾问合作进行对所在行业，公司以及职位的分析，参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案；
2.需要大量的寻访工作，不仅依靠传统网站进行人才搜索，更多的是主动利用各种途径进行人才搜索；
3.对相关候选人分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选；
4.用各种渠道快速寻访候选人后，通过陌生电话进行初步沟通和评估；
5.提供候选人评估和推荐报告，向顾问推荐，并安排其和顾问面试；
6.需要熟练并积极操作公司内部系统，及时将候选人信息输入系统。
Requirement:
1.全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限，工作经验不限，热爱猎头行业，愿意在人力资源领域长期发展；
2.英语在4级以上，书面和口语达到简单沟通的水准；
3.逻辑思维较强，语言表达清晰和学习能力佳；
4.结果导向，抗压能力强，具有强烈的上进心，擅长团队合作；
5.具有猎头，销售或咨询服务行业从业经验，尤其是工业、汽车及其零配件、零售等行业背景者优先考虑。
